Privacy Policy
Novelli Custom Interiors, operated by Ilhabela Participacoes LLC (“Novelli,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we process personal information collected through this website and the project-inquiry form.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, address or project location, project preferences, budget information, messages and any other information you choose to provide. When analytics or advertising technology is enabled, we may also collect limited technical information such as device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, time on page, referral source and interactions with the website.
How we use information
We use information to respond to project inquiries, provide consultations and services, communicate about your request, improve the website, measure advertising performance, protect the website and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money. If optional advertising technology is enabled, some activity may be shared with those providers as described below and may be treated as “sharing” under certain privacy laws.
Service providers and cookies
We use HighLevel/LeadConnector to manage project inquiries and process submitted information on our behalf. The website form securely passes your inquiry to this service; an alternative form may be hosted directly by HighLevel. We may use analytics and advertising providers configured on this website, such as Google, Meta or Microsoft Clarity. These providers may collect information under their own policies. Where required, we will request consent for optional cookies; you can also manage cookies through browser controls.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, our records and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact privacy@novellicustominteriors.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
